Buckets and Boots – Terms and Conditions 

Effective Date: June 26, 2025 

1. 🐾 Services Provided 

Buckets and Boots offers reliable pet waste removal for residential properties, including: 

• Weekly and bi-weekly dog poop scooping 
• One-time cleanups 
• Customized services by request 

2. 🗓️ Scheduling & Access 

• Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to designated cleanup areas. 
• Any special instructions should be provided in advance. 
• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:  
•  
  • Inclement weather 
  • Holidays 
  • Other unforeseen circumstances 

3. 🏖️ Holiday & Seasonal Service Policy 

Holiday Travel & Scheduling: 

• Going out of town? Let us know ahead of time to pause service without charge. 
• Missed services due to holiday closures or travel-related access issues will not be billed. 

Scooping Season (March–December): 

• Services pause for winter in December. 
• Scooping resumes end of February or early March, depending on weather conditions. 
• Clients will be notified when service resumes.

Winter Waste & First Spring Cleanup: 

• Accumulated pet waste over winter will be addressed at first spring visit. 
• Additional fees may apply for excessive buildup. 
• Early thaws may lead to earlier service—clients will be contacted as needed. 

4. 💵 Pricing & Payment 

• Rates: $15 per yard, based on yard size and frequency. 
• Payments are due the day of service via our website payment portal. 
• Late payments may result in service interruptions or fees. 
• Cash prepayments are accepted for recurring customers. 
• Military members are eligible for a discount—please notify us to apply it.  

5. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds 

• Cancellations require minimum 7 days’ notice. 
• Refunds will be issued for unused, prepaid services.

6. ⚠️ Limitations & Liability 

• Buckets and Boots is not responsible for damages caused by existing pet waste buildup. 
• Customers must inform us of hazards in the service area.
• Technicians will not climb under or move outdoor toys or furniture for cleanup.
• Cleanup under existing structures (decks, porches, etc.) does not fall into our area of responsibility.
• Services may be delayed or canceled due to unsafe working conditions. 

7. 🧼 Health & Safety 

• Our service includes removal only, not deep sanitizing or deodorizing. 
• Excessive waste may incur additional fees. 
• If pets are not contained within 5 minutes of technician arrival, service may be postponed or skipped. 

8. ⛔ Termination of Service 

We reserve the right to discontinue service due to: 

• Non-payment 
• Hazardous or unsafe working environments 
• Violation of these terms
